Backpacking into Cascade Lake in the Adirondacks

Troop 586 went on a backpacking trip to Cascade Lake in 2014. The Troop backpacked in and camhe boys trped overnight. On the way in we encountered a big black bear which everyone ejoyed seeing. The weather was typical scout weather, damp and cold. The boys tried their hands at fishing with a few small fish caught. Later on we hiked to the back of the Lake to see Cascade Falls.
